K-W Surplus guarantees the products sold by this store only, to be free from defects under normal use for a period of 90 days unless stated otherwise from the date of original purchase shown on our sales receipt.
K-W Surplus can accept products only if they are returned complete with all parts unaltered in original saleable condition.
K-W Surplus reserves the right to determine the cause of any malfunction. In cases of damage due to improper use all warranties are void. Some items may need to be held for evaluation before warranty is deemed to be valid.
K-W Surplus makes no other guarantees at any time either expressed or implied and assumes no liability for any damages caused by use of these products. Restocking charges of 15% or greater may be charged at the discretion of K-W Surplus.
Some exceptions to this policy include personal items like undergarments or hats which may not be returned.
Items accepted under this policy can be returned for exchange or refund.
